A young man is consumed by passion for a woman who is far away. The protagonist’s feelings can be summed up by the Portuguese term chega de saudade, which implies a feeling of delicious nostalgia mixed with a passionate yearning to be elsewhere. To convey this concept, the video focuses on contamination, i.e. when one entity slowly, subtly and inevitably subsumes another.
